Registration Process:

Application form is to be filled in & submitted in the school's administrative office within one week of the issue of the forms.

Admission to Pre-Nursery, Nursery & Prep will be through Observation/Interaction. Dates of interaction will be intimated. Both Parents are advised to be present on the occasion.

There will be written test for students seeking admission to classes I and above. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for the interaction. During the interaction presence of both parents is essential.

At the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted in Adminitrative office.

    1. Registration Form duly filled in & signed.
    2. Two Passport size coloured photographs
    3. Proof of Date of Birth (Issued by Municipal Corporation or other authorised competent authority.)

Note:

Pupil who have attended other school cannot be admitted until Transfer Certificate from previous school is submitted.

Based on admission & other criteria, the school reserves the right to admit students who are found to be fit for admission.

In all matters related to admissions, the management's decision is final.

Age Limit

The age limit for admission to various classes as on 1st April, 2011 is as under:

2-1/2 yrs       to       3-1/2 yrs---      Pre-Nursery
3-1/2 yrs       to       4-1/2 yrs---      Nursery
4-1/2 yrs       to       5-1/2 yrs---      Prep
5-1/2 yrs       to       6-1/2 yrs---      I

Fee Structure

Total Fees to be paid at the time of admission	21000/-

Refundable Security Deposit(Refundable at the time of leaving school)	6000/-

Tution Fees

From Pre-Nur to Class V	2100/- (per month)
From Class VI to Class X	2200/- (per month)
Class XI and Class XII

Total Annual Charges	7500/-

First installment to be paid with the First Quarter Fees	3750/-
Second installment to be paid with the Third Quarter Fees	3750/-
Admission Form & Prospectus	500/-

Please make a careful note of the following points with regard to the fee schedule for the year 2011-12.

After the above mentioned dates, School fees will be accepted with the following fines at the school office only i.e as mentioned below:

After the above mentioned dates, the fees will be payable with re-admission charges of Rs. 1000/- and subject to the availability of seat.

Further , Please Note

      1. Fees for the year is payable in 4 Quartes(April, July, October and January). Fee bills will be given to the students at the beginning of each quarter.

      2. Parents should contact the school authorities if they do not get the fee bills during the above mentioned period.

      3. All the Cheques/Demand Drafts should be in favour of Delhi Public School Jalandhar, payable at Jalandhar.

      4. No Out station cheques will be accepted.

      5. In case of bounced cheques the fees will be received in cash at the school office only along with Rs.250/- per cheque as bouncing charges & late fee fine or Re-

admission charges, whichever is applicable.
